What is Imago Therapy?
Imago Therapy is a form of relationship therapy first developed by Dr. Harville Hendrix, internationally acclaimed best-selling author of several books including Getting the Love You Want: A Guide for Couples. Imago Therapy helps couples move beyond their conflicts and re-connect using a new way of talking together, called the Imago Dialogue. The Imago Dialogue helps couples to move from blame and reactivity, to understanding and empathy, so they can create a deeper and more loving connection with each other.
